dermaviduals®US by Progressive-Esthetics is passionate about providing training and effective, clinical skincare products to licensed estheticians and medical professionals.
We have been distributing skin care devices and products to the professional spa and medical industry for over 23 years in the US. Our approach in the skin care industry has always been to combine high tech products with integrative methods.
In May 2017, we formed a partnership with dermaviduals®, a Corneotherapeutic brand based out of Germany.
Our #1 goal is to educate and promote true Corneotherapy practices though online trainings and esthetic schools for the US. We are located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just north of Atlanta, Georgia.

Andrea Oismueller, President & CEO
Andrea Oismueller is the CEO and Founder of Progressive-Esthetics. Andrea was born in Atlanta, GA, but lived in Austria for 34 years before returning to Atlanta to live. Andrea has served in the spa industry for over 30 years as a spa director, aesthetician, international instructor, distributor, and manufacturer. Her passion has always been to combine integrative methods with high-tech skin care. She continues to lead the industry with her tireless pursuit of holistic and results-oriented skin care.
Dr. Hans Lautenschläger
Dr. Hans Lautenschläger is an industry leader at the forefront of Corneotherapy technology and skincare. His work as an organic chemist in R&D in the pharmaceutical industry led him to numerous patents in the treatment of lipid metabolism disorders, inflammation, and heart and circulatory diseases. In 1998, he joined KOKO GmbH & Co as managing director, and in 2014 he became the sole shareholder. At KOKO, he further developed dermaviduals®, a unique and customizable skincare and make-up line rooted in the concept of Corneotherapy. Dr. Lautenschläger is an Executive Board Member of the International Association for applied Corneotherapy (I.A.C.) and is the author of numerous publications, patents, and the textbook “Korneotherapie – Bindeglied zwischen Dermatologie and Kosmetik” (in German).

Pastiche Training was founded in 1994 by Dermal Science Educator, Florence Barrett-Hill to help satisfy the growing need for skin care professionals to more accurately diagnose and treat a variety of skin conditions. As science and knowledge of the human body evolved, we felt strongly about ensuring industry professionals could find time-current information relevant to their vocation while providing new learning opportunities.
The International Association for Applied Corneotherapy (I.A.C.) is a registered, non-profit association with purposes and objectives dedicated to the advancement of scientific research in the realm of Corneotherapy and related sciences such as dermatology, cosmetology, and corneobiology.
